“Rīgas satiksme” customer service centre at Kurzemes Avenue 137 will be closed on August 17 and 18
“Rīgas satiksme” informs that the customer service centre at Kurzemes Avenue 137 will be closed on August 17 and 18 before moving to new premises. It will reopen on the opposite side of the same building on August 19.
There will be no changes in the work of other customer service centres of “Rīgas satiksme”, which are located at Brīvības Street 49/53, Brīvības Street 191, Brīvības gatvē 384b, Prāgas Street 1, Spīķeru Street 1 and Vienības gatve 117a. You can find their working hours and location on the “Rīgas satiksme” website at www.rigassatiksme.lv.
At „Rīgas satiksme” customer service centers, one can apply for and receive personalized and non-personalized e-tickets, Riga resident’s cards, Pupil’s e-cards, have them replaced, as well as apply for and receive the status of the recipient of fare discounts and solve other issues.
